
Holistic Wellbeing Coaching
Wellbeing encompasses many areas including stress management, mindset, health, play and purpose, and more. In order to reach your full potential we have to look at things holistically, from your day to day habits and thoughts, to home and work environment, connection and self development.
Holistic wellbeing coaching is about examining your current programming and questioning whether it’s working for you; and if it’s not, together we reprogram and take ‘unfailable’ steps towards the life you want and deserve.
I teach you about the brain, why you’ve struggled to implement change before, and how to make your brain work for you, all in a warm and welcoming environment where criticism and judgement are left at the door.
I offer you guidance, support, encouragement, and accountability – all of which are so important when it comes to habit change. This is your journey, and I’m here every step of the way.
Frequently Asked Questions
What are sessions like?
The initial session may go for 1.5 hours, and subsequent sessions for 1. During our first session together we will chat about what’s not working and prioritise areas of wellbeing to work on first. You can tell me about your goals, and towards the end of the session we will set action steps to implement in between our next session.
Will you give me homework?
Sometimes! Each week we will agree on action steps to take, but sometimes I’ll give you additional worksheets to be filled out. I can also suggest additional learning material such as podcasts, books, and YouTube videos.
How frequent are the sessions?
Generally weekly or fortnightly is optimum, but I’m always available for check ins between our sessions!
Why don't you offer one off sessions?
Change is simple, but that doesn’t make it easy. As a minimum I recommend 3 sessions. I also offer 6 & 12 session packages, but if you don’t think you’ll need these amounts we can work something out that’s going to meet your wellbeing goals!
