My name is El
I’m a Holistic Habit Change Coach & Mindfulness Practitioner in Perth, WA, specialising in wellbeing and stress management. I work with adults & kids to educate them about their brains, regulate their nervous systems and implement helpful habits! I help to reprogram their beliefs and empower them with mindbody tools so they can embrace their strengths, reduce stress, and live a mindful and conscious life.
Thoughts create feelings, and feelings determine our behaviours. These then become our habits.
What is coaching?
Let’s start with what it’s not!
Coaching is not counselling or therapy. Techniques may overlap at times, however sessions are focused on the future and changing your current habits so they are conducive to you achieving your goals.
In simplest terms, it is a strategic conversation in a safe and welcoming environment where we uncover your current road blocks and make a plan week by week to progress you towards the life you’ve always wanted. It is a collaborative partnership between us!
Holistic Coaching involves:
- Increasing your self-awareness of your mindset
- Becoming responsible for your thoughts, feelings & behaviours
- Uncovering outdated beliefs
- Rewriting those beliefs to serve you
- Being challenged sometimes
- Setting weekly achievable action steps
